...Welcome to “Giving to CCES”

Everything that the current generation of students enjoys at CCES – outstanding academic, co-curricular, and college counseling programs, superb and dedicated faculty and staff, beautiful and inspiring facilities, an unwavering commitment to our Episcopal tradition – has been made possible by the generosity and service of those who have gone before us and those who continue to show their support today. Through their gifts of wealth, work, and wisdom, the CCES family has enabled the School to fulfill its mission of empowering students to reach their potential.

The School’s fundraising objectives are to finance operating expenses and to increase endowment to support current and future generations of teachers and students. A strong culture of philanthropy is the engine that will drive our efforts to achieve our vision for the next fifty years.

Every single gift to CCES makes this school stronger. Contributions come in all sizes, multiple forms, and for many purposes. The CCES Advancement Office is committed to providing and creating opportunities for members of the CCES community to make gifts that touch all our lives.

Get Aquainted with “Giving to CCES” on the Web

Below is a preview of the information you will find under “Giving to CCES,” your web resource for philanthropy.

Annual Giving
Annual Giving is the cornerstone of all our giving efforts and provides valuable operating support by supplementing current tuition and endowment revenue. Tuition supports approximately 87% of the school’s actual operating costs. Annual Giving helps make up the difference.

Endowments
A strong endowment ensures that current and future people, programs, and facilities are sustainable and affordable. The principal of an endowment fund remains intact, and the income can then be relied on for additional operating support for salaries to attract and retain great faculty, financial aid to attract and retain deserving students, funds to improve and establish quality programs, and capital needed to maintain and improve facilities and equipment.

Planned Giving
Planned gifts are individually tailored contributions that provide current tax advantages to donors while enhancing support for endowments, programs, or facilities. Gifts of appreciated securities, life insurance, and bequests can be coordinated to help create a lasting legacy for CCES. This section offers the tools you will need to begin to consider such a gift. For example, if you’re interested in making a gift but not sure where to begin, included in this website is the Build Your Gift planner. If you already have a gift option in mind, click on Compare Gifts to see how your choices match up.
