Experience:
After graduating from Harvard Law School, Mr. Guzick practiced with
the law firm of Skadden, Arps in Washington, D.C. In 1993 he joined
Michelin as commercial attorney for the North American marketing
and sales operations. From 1996 – 1998, he served in France
as counsel for Michelin’s Euromaster retail network and as
manager of the European commercial law group. In 1999 Mr. Guzick
was named general counsel and secretary for Michelin North America.
In 2004 he was appointed director of the worldwide customer business
unit serving Ford Motor Company; he currently manages Michelin’s
passenger and light truck tire operations in the North American
original equipment market.
