Experience:
After graduating from Lehigh, Mr. Daniels founded LinTech, Inc.
which was later acquired by a Greenville, SC manufacturer; he moved
here in 1985 as a result. In 1991 he founded Container Management
Services, which was acquired by Vestar Capital Partners in 1997.
In 2000 he and four partners started the Azalea Fund, which invested
in or acquired regionally located operating companies. In 2003 Mr.
Daniels co-founded DG Holdings, a vehicle which has acquired or
started five businesses.
