Experience:
Mr. McCall is President of McCall Capital, a spin-off of an operating
company formed in 1998 to invest in multi-family real estate opportunities.
He has worked in the real estate investment business for more than
20 years and has experience in multi-family development, acquisitions,
repositioning strategies, asset management, portfolio acquisitions
and other capital transactions. To date, he has developed and acquired
approximately 3,500 apartment units valued at over $250 million.
Mr.
McCall also has experience as an investment banker in tax-exempt
bond financing. Prior to earning his M.B.A. degree, he worked as
a civil engineer and construction manager with a consulting firm
in Blacksburg, Virginia.
