Café Prepay is a FREE, secure on-line site
that allows you to access your child’s/children’s lunch
account with FLIK. Once you have established your user account,
you will be able to see your child’s/children’s balance
and any transactions. Café Prepay will also allow you to
add monies to your child’s/children’s account with a
credit card. There is a small convenience fee for on-line credit
card transaction.

access Café Prepay, click on the above link or click on the
CafePrepay link at the bottom of the CCES home page.
To establish your FREE Café
Prepay online account
You
will need your child’s/children’s student ID number/s.
These can be located on your CCES billing statement on NetClassroom
or from your child. (Most Middle and Upper School students know
their ID number as they use it at the bookstore and in the lunchroom.
It is also printed at the bottom of their ID badge.)
Log
into: www.Cafeprepay.com.
Create your account
Select New Users, “go!”
Read and follow the instructions for creating your account by entering
your name, email address, desired password, and security question
and answer. You will be asked to type in the security text and then
submit.
Add
your student
Once you have created an account, you need to add your student/s.
To add a student, click on the “Add Student” option
under “My Account” on the left side of the window. Choose
South Carolina, Christ Church Episcopal, and Christ Church Episcopal
again. Type in the first three letters of the student’s last
name and his/her grade level. Click “Find Student”.
Find your student and click on the “Add to my Students”
link.
This will add the student to your account. You may continue to add
other students by clicking “Add Another Student”.
Activate
your student
You must now activate the student/s. This should be a one time process
for each child.
Click on “Check Current Balance”. It will ask you for
your child’s ID number. Once you submit, it will activate
this student and will establish a “dashboard” for current
balance. You will not need to do this again for an activated child.
Activate each student.
Once
activated, all you will need to do to see a balance is to log in
and go to the “Current Balance” page. The “Transaction”
and “Participation Report” pages will provide you with
account details.
