Commitment to Diversity
At CCES, we seek diversity as a means of enhancing our educational mission, and we believe diversity can be an advantage to our school’s objectives in serving our students and our community. Our commitment to equal employment opportunity widens our range of perspectives and experiences and provides qualified applicants with challenging work in a nurturing school environment.

Recruiting and Support Efforts for Employees and Students
We regularly recruit nationally at universities and job fairs where qualified women and minority applicants are represented. Employees and recruiters are involved in college relations, college recruitment, and job fair strategies.
