Electives

The Middle School offers a study hall/electives period mid-day. This schedule allows students to explore new interests during the school day, without disruption to their academic classes. Fifth and sixth-grade electives are scheduled from 12:25 – 1:00 p.m. daily; seventh and eighth-grade programs take place from 1:00 – 1:35 p.m. Any student who is not enrolled in an elective will have a study hall during that period.

Students may participate in one elective per term; students who wish to participate in more than one elective must have a strong academic standing. Note that some electives are graded courses (indicated by *); others are non-graded and may change from year to year.
