This is certainly about being aware of our competitive market, but it is also about making sure that we deliver what we promise.

Strengths
- Highest enrollment on record (1,008)

- Record number of new applications

- Record number of new students

Challenges
- Greater number of students left CCES last year for other schools in Greenville

Initiatives
- Talking directly and candidly with those families who chose other area schools to find out what in their new situation is better and what they miss about CCES

- Communicating more frequently with parents concerning financial priorities and needs

- Initiating in December a strategic plan process to address challenges, forecast and plan for optimum future enrollment, articulate a vision for the campus, and develop a long-range financial forecasting process.
