An International Picnic for ESOL Students and Families

On April 28, all the ESOL students and graduates at CCES met in the Middle School lunchroom for an inside picnic. Each student invited a friend to come and join him at this event. The students invited their parents, too. The students and their family and friends didn’t have to bring lunch that day, because pizza and doughnuts were provided for them.



Lots of students got to meet their older siblings, and they had fun eating lunch together. The parents met and talked about usual stuff and got to meet other people. Students made new friends they plan to hang out with next time. As the picinc ended at 12:15, everyone left with a satisfied, full belly and had new friends to play with in the future.
