American Craft Council Recognizes Artwork by Art Teacher Alice Munn Additional

The current issue of American Craft Magazine, a national publication of the American Craft Council, also contains a review of a 2005 exhibit of Alice Ballard Munn's ceramic sculptures at the Jerald Melberg Gallery in Charlotte, NC. The reviewer praised "Alice Ballard Munn's holistic vision of life forms and life forces."

Middle School art teacher Alice Ballard Munn is
one of 13 national artists teaching a ceramics workshop at the 2006
American Craft Council Southeast Regional Conference from March
23 - 25. Her work has also been on exhibit in the Spotlight American
Craft Council Southeast Regional Juried Exhibition at the Kentucky
Museum of Art and Craft and has been featured in advertising for
the exhibit, which ran from Jan. 12 to March 25.
