*Matriculation Fee – This is a one time fee, for new students, and is required to reserve a place for your child. This fee is due when the initial enrollment contract is returned to the Admission Office.

**Enrollment Fee – This fee is billed on receipt of both the matriculation fee and the executed enrollment contract and is credited toward tuition.
 
**Re-enrollment Fee – This fee is due with the executed re-enrollment contract and is credited toward tuition.

***Annual Payment Plan – This amount is due on or before June 1, 2012 and includes a 2% discount for early payment. The enrollment fee has already been credited toward this tuition amount.

Additional Information:

  • Basic Student Accident Insurance is provided to all students and is included in the tuition charge. In addition, optional accident insurance coverage is available at an additional charge. Information on optional coverage will be mailed to you in August 2012.
  • Tuition Refund Insurance is required for all new students (with the exception of those electing the Annual Payment plan), all students receiving school-awarded financial aid, students on any type of probation or conditional enrollment, and families with a history of delinquent payments as defined by the Student Account Policies and Procedures. Tuition Refund Insurance is also available to other families on a voluntary basis. If there is any chance that your student(s) might be withdrawn from CCES due to family relocation, significant change in family finances or other unanticipated developments, tuition refund insurance is highly recommended. The annual premium for this coverage ranges from $300.00 to $392.40 depending upon the student’s grade level. Detailed information and enrollment forms for Tuition Refund Insurance will be mailed in August 2012. Please Note: Students must be enrolled in the insurance plan prior to their first day of attendance and must attend school for 14 consecutive days before the insurance becomes effective.
  • FACTS – Families paying in monthly installments are required to enroll in the FACTS Payment Plan. FACTS enrollment is available after April 1, 2012 for current families and after receipt of student ID information for new students. Your may enroll in FACTS by logging into the Online Cavalier Community once you receive your website login information.
