*Matriculation Fee – This is a one-time fee, for new students, and is required to reserve a place for your child.  This fee is due when the initial Enrollment Contract is returned to the Admission Office.

**Enrollment Fee – For new students, this fee is billed on receipt of both the matriculation fee and the executed enrollment contract and is credited toward tuition.  For current students, this fee is due with the executed enrollment contract indicating your intentions to return to CCES for the coming school year and is credited toward tuition.

***Annual Payment Plan – This amount is due on or before June 1, 2012 and includes a 2% discount for early payment.  The enrollment fee has already been credited toward this tuition amount.

Additional Information:

  • Basic Student Accident Insurance is provided to all students and is included in the tuition charge.  In addition, optional accident insurance coverage is available at an additional charge.  Information on optional coverage will be mailed to you in August 2013.

  • Tuition Refund Insurance is a unique form of insurance that provides families the opportunity to protect their tuition investment. The program refunds a portion of the unused annual tuition when students are withdrawn or dismissed for covered reasons. CCES highly recommends tuition refund insurance if there is any chance that one or more of your student(s) might be withdrawn due to family relocation, significant change in family finances, or other unanticipated developments.  Tuition Refund Insurance is required for all new students (with the exception of those electing the Annual Payment plan), all students receiving school-awarded financial aid, students on any type of probation or conditional enrollment, and families with a history of delinquent payments as defined by the Student Account Policies and Procedures.  Tuition Refund Insurance is also available to other families on a voluntary basis.  The annual premium for this coverage ranges from $288.20 to $383.90, depending upon the student’s grade level.  Detailed information and enrollment forms for Tuition Refund Insurance will be available in the Enrollment Contract.  Please Note: Students must be enrolled in the insurance plan prior to their first day of attendance and must attend school for 14 consecutive days before the insurance becomes effective.

  • FACTS –Families paying in monthly installments are required to enroll in the FACTS Payment Plan by July 10, 2013.  Tuition and fees will be drafted from your bank account in either 9 (July-Jan, Mar-Apr) OR 11 (July–Jan, Mar-June) monthly installments.  FACTS enrollment is available after April 1, 2013 for current families and after receipt of student ID information for new students.  FACTS sign-up for 2013-2014 is available at http://tinyurl.com/CCES1314FACTS.  A link is also available on the School’s web portal. Two payment options are available, either automatic bank draft of tuition and miscellaneous charges or credit cards (MC, AmEx, Discover).  Convenience fees apply.  Please contact the Manager of Student Accounts in the Business Office for details.

  •  Tuition covers only instruction, most textbooks and certain student related services.  Miscellaneous charges, which vary by student, include items such as Achievement Center fees, bookstore purchases, late-stay, various testing fees, field trips, Advanced Placement and IB Examinations, personal athletic equipment, musical performances, Junior-Senior Prom, etc.  These charges are not included in tuition and are billed on an “as occurs” basis each month. School lunch charges are managed by an outside vendor and are not included in tuition and fees.
