We entered the 2026-27 school year through a new entrance on Cavalier Drive! An expanded car line and the Cavalier Competition Field were also completed over the summer in time for students and families to return.

We celebrated a major construction milestone on Tuesday, July 7, in our Build for the Future campus expansion: The placement of the final structural beam, signaling the building’s framework is complete.
As this school year comes to a close, and as members of the Class of 2026 have repeatedly noted – including at yesterday’s Young Artists’ Series and Celebration–this has been particularly notable as a year of transformation on all fronts.

The ceremony marked a defining moment in the life of the school, a new chapter in the evolution of our Cavalier community, and a milestone for the entire Upstate. We are here because of more than sixty years of leadership, vision, and steadfast belief in what CCES can be. We stand on the shoulders of those who came before us, and we move forward together as one community.
