Information for College Representatives

Thank you for your interest in meeting with CCES students. We welcome college admission representatives to schedule virtual meetings with our students this fall through RepVisits. However, please note that we are currently in the process of fine tuning our school day schedule and will open our RepVisits portal to admission representatives later in August. Thank you for your understanding as we navigate towards school reopening.

Thank you for considering a visit to CCES! We are grateful for your interest in our students and look forward to hosting you while you are in the Greenville area. 

We are currently using to schedule appointments.  College admission representative visits are typically scheduled during our lunch periods and at the end of the class during our E Period. You will be provided a private conference room for your meeting, and students will be invited to stop by and learn more about your respective college. We will announce your visit to our students during Monday’s morning assembly and through various media sources.

Lunch Schedule

Representatives should plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to lunch for introductions and set-up.

Monday: 12:10-12:40
Tuesday: 11:55-12:25
Wednesday: 12:25-12:55
Thursday: 11:55-12:25
Friday: 12:10-12:40
Visits can also be scheduled during E Period (3:10-3:45).

Directions to CCES

During the school day, all traffic must enter campus through the Central Campus Entrance at 245 Cavalier Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.  The security team will be advised of your visit; please check in with them as you pull onto campus. 

From the security gate, stay to the left, passing the parking lot, playground, Lower School, and McCall Field House on your right. Turn right to proceed around McCall Field House, then left to continue around the Upper School.  Parking is available in the Upper School parking lot. Click here for a Campus Map.
