General Financial Aid Information

The financial aid program at Christ Church Episcopal School has been established in an effort to reduce the possibility that a qualified applicant or current student would be unable to attend CCES solely as a result of financial need. Current students and applicants accepted by the Admission Office may apply for financial aid by following the procedures below. Applicants must demonstrate financial need as reported by the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Princeton, NJ, an independent outside agency conducting evaluations on behalf of CCES. Financial aid awards are granted on an annual basis and do not have to be repaid. Financial aid is always contingent upon the availability of funds in any given year. The process is governed by the Financial Aid Award Review Policies which can be accessed through the link below. Additional factors taken into account in the award decision process are academic performance and the applicant’s potential to make a positive contribution to the life of the school community.

Families interested in possible need based financial aid for the upcoming school year should apply as follows:

Application Period: October 24, 2016 - January 20, 2017

Required Documents must be submitted to SSS via a secure online upload. The Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) Online Workbook (available upon login to SSS website) will take you step by step through this process. Timely submission of required documentation is required as it will allow ample time for you to re-enroll your child(ren) if they are current students OR to determine whether or not to matriculate your child(ren) if they are accepted into Christ Church Episcopal School. Families applying for financial aid will be notified of their award during the 2017-2018 school year re-enrollment/enrollment period.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

o  Submit a copy of your most recent tax return (1040) to SSS by January 20, 2017 with your PSF.
