Head of School Survey

Cary Weekes
Dear CCES Community Members –

Over two days on campus last week, we began working with our search firm, Spencer Stuart, to collect information from the CCES community regarding their views on what important qualities and experiences the next Head of School should have. The search firm held open sessions with faculty, staff, parents, students and the board to ask the following questions:

  • What is distinctive about CCES?
  • What are the opportunities and challenges facing the school?
  • What are the qualities and experience you would seek in our next head of school?
We are grateful for those of you who were able to attend a meeting. However, knowing that this is a busy time of year, we also put together an online survey for our alumni, faculty, staff, and parents to collect further information and perspectives that will inform the work of the search committee and the position specification. We encourage everyone to participate and to complete the survey by January 21, 2019.

Thank you for your participation and input on this process.

Warmest Regards,

Cary H. Weekes
