Six Additional Cavalier Student-Athletes Commit to Collegiate Athletics!

Christ Church Episcopal School has six athletes whose success we celebrated today, April 12th during a signing ceremony with school officials, family, and friends.

The students who signed are as follows:
Bailey Breazeale – Basketball at North Greenville University, South Carolina
Nathan Wilcox – Soccer at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky
Chase Poplin – Lacrosse at Centre College in Danville, Kentucky
Wes Quattlebaum – Tennis at Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina
Andrew Judkins – Baseball at The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina
Daniel Dixon-Brooks – Football at Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina

The following athletes previously committed and participated in earlier signings;
Zackary Idris – Football at Davidson College, Davidson, North Carolina
Ryan Putman – Football at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island
Sydney Baker and Maddie Baker – Swimming at UNC- Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, North Carolina
Sadie Burton – Soccer at Emory and Henry in Emory, Virginia

Athletic Director Tommy Bobo
thanked coaches and administration, families, and friends for their support of the athletes and commented, “When the year began each of you had this dream.  Today you are putting a destination to the dream.  Keep chasing that dream to be the best student/athlete you can be, and we are certain each of you will have much success.”

Congratulation to all eleven athletes.  The mascots and logos they wear may change, but they’ll always be Cavaliers to us!
