47 Students Inducted Into Foreign Language Honor Societies

by Jamie Bryant, Director of Strategic Marketing & Communications

CCES proudly inducted 47 new members into one of five Foreign Language Honor Societies (Chinese, French, German, Latin and Spanish) on April 27th.  Students qualify for induction by maintaining a consistently high level of academic achievement in their chosen language courses.  Not only have these students maintained high academic standing, but they have also shown a deep interest in these languages, and appreciate the importance of learning another language.

The ceremony included opening remarks by Mr. Wes Clarke, Upper School Assistant Director followed by Helen Baginski ‘21 who shared a reflection on the value of learning multiple languages.
