With the support and generosity of over 150 families pledging more than $27 million, we are now on the cusp of launching this grand vision into a transformational reality for our campus and community, with the first phase of construction starting this fall!

A Glimpse into thefuture
The initial sequence in the Build for the Future Campus Master Plan is currently estimated to cost $56M. The plan is to fund $40M through philanthropy; the remaining will be covered by long-term debt.
Having completed schematic design
(SD), MPS will continue the process of
design development (DD) and producing
construction documents (CD) between
now and Fall 2025.
LCK and Brasfield & Gorrie will work
closely with the school on planning
and scheduling as we prepare for
construction. The goal is maintaining
a safe and functional campus
throughout the construction project.
The Architects are McMillan Pazdan
Smith(MPS). The Owners
Reps/Project Management are LCK.
The Builders are Brasfield & Gorrie.
The goal is to break ground in the
Fall of 2025.
Beginning in Fall 2025, monthly
updates on the project will be shared
until construction is completed.
