Financial Aid

General Aid Information

The Financial Aid program at Christ Church Episcopal School has been established in an effort to reduce the possibility that a qualified applicant or current student would be unable to attend CCES solely as a result of financial need. CCES is proud to announce that we granted over $2.4MM in Financial Aid to families during the 2023-24 school year.  We understand the sacrifices our families make to send their children to our school.  New and current families may apply for Financial Aid by following the procedures below. Applications must be submitted through the School and Student Services (SSS) website.  Financial Aid awards are granted on an annual basis and governed by the Financial Aid Award Policies and Procedures. Financial Aid is always contingent upon the availability of funds in any given year. Additional factors taken into account in the award decision process are academic performance and the applicant’s potential to make a positive contribution to the life of the school community.

Please refer to the information below to guide you through the Financial Aid process.

If all documents are submitted on time, newly accepted families can expect to know the outcome of their application alongside their admission decision the first week of March so that they may make an informed decision prior to enrollment. Renewing Financial Aid applicants can expect a decision during re-enrollment and the grant will be confirmed by late-April once 2023 taxes are submitted.  Please contact the Financial Aid Office if you have questions.  All information related to the parent’s financial circumstances will be treated confidentially.  This information will only be used to make a fair determination of financial need.
