The Best Way to Experience CCES? Attend a Fall Open House!

If you're considering CCES for the 2026-2027 Academic Year, we highly encourage you to attend one of our Fall 2025 Open House events. Dates will be announced in July 2025.

A CCES Open House is the perfect opportunity to explore our vibrant campus and community. You’ll have the chance to learn about our exceptional programs, interact with faculty and school leadership, and meet current students and parents. As you tour our campus, you’ll see firsthand what makes CCES such a special place.

Space is limited for 2025-2026; please contact the admissions office to inquire about space availability or sign up for a group tour below.

Group Tours

Wednesday mornings
Lower School (Kindergarten-Grade 4)
Middle School (Grades 5-8)
Upper School (Grades 9-12)

If you are unable to attend an Open House, please click the button below to schedule a Group Tour or simply inquire to receive future communications. To schedule a tour for multiple children, select the division (Lower School, Middle School, Upper School) that corresponds with your oldest child. Your Admission Associate will cover all applicable grade levels for your family during the tour. To inquire only, select "Not at this time" from the tour date options.

Looking for the admission office?

The Admission Office is located at the center of campus in McCall Field House. Enter through the welcome gate at 245 Cavalier Drive and head to McCall Field House. There is reserved parking for Admission visitors in front of the building.

Please note the following details about your time on campus:

  • Upon checking in at the Welcome Gate, visitors will be directed to meet the designated Admission Team member.
  • Visitors who wish to go inside buildings should bring a picture ID, preferably a state-issued license to check in. Visitors will be requested to wear a visitor badge at all times on campus.
  • We encourage you to make an appointment.  A CCES employee or Tour Guide must accompany all visitors when indoors.
